شرکت آلیاژ سازان اشتهارد بعد از کسب بیست سال تجربه در زمینه تولید فروسیلیکو منیزیم و جوانه زاها در شرکت آلیاژهای نشکن ساز،با مشارکت این شرکت و دیگر افراد فعال در صنعت فلزات در سال ۱۳۹۱ تاسیس گردید.
این شرکت طی دو سال، بعد از اخذ موافقت اصولی، احداث ساختمان و خرید و نصب کوره و تاسیسات آن، در نیمه سال ۱۳۹۳ تولید آزمایش را آغاز نمود. این شرکت با ایجاد اشتغال برای ۹۰ نفر در سال ۱۳۹۴ موفق به اخذ پروانه بهره برداری برای تولید ۴۵۰۰ تن فروسیلیس در سال گردید.

Eshtehard Alloys Company (Aliazhsazan Eshtehard), was established after twenty years of experience in the field of Fe-Si-Mg production in Nashkansaz Company, with partnership with other active people in metal industry, was established in 2012.
This company started its trial production after attaining necessary permits, purchasing and installing of the furnace over two years, in mid-2014.
